In this class we gently mobilize the entire length of the spine with forward bending, back bending, side bending and twisting movements, refreshing our practice by reversing the usual order of actions: we start at the neck and work systematically down to the tailbone. Most of the poses are supported or aided by props (chair or blocks, blankets, belt), creating a restful experience.
