In this class we clear our minds with a brief meditation, then practice a sequence of standing poses with one or both hands supported on a wall, a chair, or a block. Featured asanas include Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), Virabhadrasana 3 (Warrior 3), and Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Twisted Half Moon Pose). We end with quiet recovery poses and more meditation.
