Video of every class is available for 1 week for drop-in students, 2 weeks for subscribers.
Class duration: 75 to 90 minutes
You'll need a yoga mat and yoga blankets. You'll get more out of the class if you also have 2 yoga blocks, a yoga belt, a sturdy chair, a blank wall.
