This is the sequel to "Free Your Neck," the March 7, 2026 class. It teaches you how to release the muscles that rotate your upper neck and head, and how to use your eyes to help. This also improves your balance by coordinating your neck, head, eyes and vestibular system. All of this is embedded in a calm, full-body asana practice that includes seated, standing, reclining and inverted poses.
