This class helps you build the strength, flexibility and concentration you need to balance in Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and Virabhadrasana III (Warrior Pose 3). Most of the standing poses in this session start with partial support of a wall, chair or blocks, and give you the opportunity to gradually wean yourself off the support if you're ready. We end with inversions and relaxation to leave you refreshed and energized.
