This class will transport you to a clear-minded, well-rested state. We start with reclining preparatory poses, then optimize a sitting (or lying down) posture for extended breath practice. As the main event, we do focused pranayama without interruption over a relatively long period of time. The recommended practice is about 20 minutes of Nadi Sodana, but you can increase or decrease the duration and/or choose different pranayama techniques, according to your preference and experience. We finish by settling in to a sustained period of rest in Savasana, in order to consolidate the clarity of mind induced by the pranayama while refreshing mental and physical energy.
