In this class we find stillness in a long-duration practice of simple but powerful breathing techniques. We start with preparatory asanas, including refinement of the seated posture, then build to an extended period of personalized Ujjayi pranayama in a seated or reclining position. The aim is to reach steadiness, rhythmicity, deep calm and sparks of bliss.
