If you can breathe comfortably in a pose, you can stay in the pose and make it better and better. This class helps you improve your inversions and other asanas by physically and mentally freeing up your breathing. We mindfully practice a variety of propped and unpropped asanas that open the lungs, ribcage and spine, and release tension everywhere. Adaptations and alternatives are offered for all levels of practice.
