In this class we practice pranayama, refining the skill of transitioning from exhalation to inhalation. We use this to enable longer periods of uninterrupted, satisfying practice breath after breath. This opens the door to deeper experiences. The class begins with a preparatory restful asana sequence, progresses to the practice of inhalation, retention and exhalation in reclining and seated positions, and ends with seated meditation and Savasana.
