In this class we relieve tension and free up motion in the shoulders, hips and back in a sequence of mostly seated postures. We use props as needed to make the practice accessible to people at all levels while giving more flexible students the opportunity to enhance their technique and explore their boundaries. Conscious breath brings the practice to a universal level.
