In this class we start with a couple of restful preparatory asanas, then briefly review previously-taught Vrtti Pranayama techniques (inhale, pause, exhale, pause), including rediscovering our preferred breath cycle length (the total time between the start of inhalation and the end of exhalation, including pauses). Next we then do a sustained Vrtti pranayama practice together, each at our own pace, followed by a seated stillness meditation.
