In this class we experience what BKS Iyengar meant when he said, "Practice asana with your mind." We calmly spread conscious attention throughout and beyond our bodies in a series of standing asanas to realize stabiliity, freedom, and peace. We end with deep relaxation in Supported Setu Bandha with the legs in Baddha Konasana.
