In this class we relieve tension in the legs and free up movement in the hips and knees in a calming but active sequence of seated and reclining asanas. Some of the poses apply weight to the legs using stacked blankets or a sandbag if available. The practice also relieves tension in the muscles of the spine, ribcage and abdomen. We end in a deep Savasana with weight on the thighs and hands.
